ScanSpeeder is Windows 10 compatible.  If you can only see TWAIN Mode and your manufacturers scanning interface, please check to see if you have upgraded to Windows 10.  When upgrading your OS to Windows 10, you also need to update your scanner driver.

How to update your scanner's driver?

1.  Find the make and model of your scanner which is found somewhere on the scanner itself.  For example: My scanner is an Epson V370 which I found on the front panel of the scanner.

2.  Go to the manufacturers website and download/install the updated driver for Windows 10.  Here are a few links that you can copy and paste into your browser for to the major scanner manufacturers in the USA:

Epson: http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/SupportIndex.jsp?UseCookie=yes&expansion=00100000

Canon: https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/

Hewlett Packard (HP): http://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers

Brother: http://www.brother-usa.com/support/#.VraT2rIrKUk

If you can't find your updated scanner driver, or you update your scanner driver, and you still see TWAIN mode only, please don't hesitate to contact us.  We love to help!
